In addition to our work as insolvency administrators and monitors, we also provide legal advice in insolvency matters. With our legal and business expertise regarding restructuring processes and insolvencies, we support all stakeholders in the development and the implementation of restructuring solutions as well as in insolvency proceedings that are being handled by fellow insolvency administrators.
Self-administration or protective shield proceedings are usually only supported by creditors and the insolvency courts if the company has expertise in restructuring and insolvency law. Against this background, we also advise and support the management in self-administration proceedings as authorized representatives, in special cases also in a function as restructuring officers (CRO, general representative, etc.).

In addition, we offer extensive legal advice in the field of insolvency law and closely related areas of law, in particular commercial, corporate and employment law. Our clients include the management, shareholders, supervisory boards, other executive bodies as well as creditors or other stakeholders who require legal support in enforcing their claims. The content of our legal services varies from the examination and enforcement of special rights to the extensive representation of interests in the relevant insolvency proceeding and is highly dependent on the individual case.
